Charming 1910 Tybee Beach Cottage

Step into the charm of a true Tybee classic with this original 1910 “storybook” beach house, offering the perfect blend of vintage character and modern convenience. Nestled just one block from 10th Street Beach, this single-level retreat is designed for easy coastal living and timeless relaxation. With its private pool, hot tub, and inviting screened porch, the home captures the easy-going spirit of Tybee Island.

While My Beach House is pet friendly you will be asked to pay an additional 210 per pet. This is a one time charge per pet for your entire stay. You’ll also be asked to pay the housekeeping fee. Also a one time charge.

Accommodating up to five guests, the home features two cozy bedrooms—one king and one queen—as well as a comfortable sofa bed. A spacious bathroom includes a large soaking tub, a step-in shower with a spa panel, and plenty of room to refresh after a day by the ocean. A poolside toilet and outdoor hot-water shower add an extra layer of convenience for beach days or poolside lounging.

The heart of the home is its warm and welcoming living spaces, which open to a charming screened porch complete with a porch swing, sofa, and chairs, two ceiling fans—perfect for breezy afternoons or quiet mornings with coffee. The brick patio and fenced backyard offer ample space for outdoor dining or relaxing, while pets ( dogs) are welcome to join in on the fun.

Guests will appreciate thoughtful amenities such as a SpeedQueen washer/dryer, two free parking spots, and an EV charging station. Beach chairs and a wheelezl cart are provided for easy trips to the sand. The private pool (not heated) and bubbling hot tub provide the ideal way to unwind after a day exploring Tybee’s charming streets.
