You'll enjoy sweeping views of the park and Big Thompson river (and private water access fly fishing), and a mere 10 minute walk to Moraine Park (the largest meadow in RMNP where elk congregate year round).

As the highest elevation property in Aspen Brook, our 3-story home features decks and stunning views from every level.

The ground-level floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Bedroom 1 offers a queen bed and private bath, Bedroom 2 offers two full bunk beds and a trundle. There is also a pull-out sofa bed.

The main floor, where the kitchen, dining area, and family room are located, is home to Bedroom 3 with a twin bed and a bathroom.

The dining room table seats 8. There is a laundry room off the kitchen with a full-size washer/dryer.

The master suite sits on the top floor with a king-size bed, jacuzzi tub, and private deck.
