The location of this home was wonderful. It was a very big home with a nice pool. Unfortunately just the general cleaning, lots of nicks on the walls and bathrooms needed more attention. The home was also for sale which we thought was a little bit odd. It was a nice week in Marathon.”

We had an absolutely fantastic time! Beautiful home, very well appointed, excellent location to excellent waterside dining and activities! We had a two and four-year-old with us on the trip, our children, and there was so much to do! Absolutely loved the backyard and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Would highly recommend to other members!”

Great location for a keys fishing trip

The home was very comfortable for our group. The guys enjoyed the fishing. Unfortunately for us it was cooler than normal, so we couldn't enjoy the pool. We did feel that the extra fee was a bit steep for the use of the kayaks and bicycles.”

Comfortable and Relaxed

The home is clean and well appointed. The pool area was a hit with my wife and children. There are bikes, and kayaks which were very nice additions. We were able to rent an 18’ deck boat and keep at right at the dock! This was such a great feature that we were out on the water snorkeling or catching the sunset from the western side of the island. We would certainly visit this home again.”

Nice home in a casual relaxed area of the Keys

Home is lovely with great kitchen. Kayaks and bikes available. Had a problem with sliding doors all jammed from bedroom and main room to pool area. Manager said they were recently installed incorrectly and new doors were on order. Our major issue is with the $70/day fee. At Tuckers Point you pay $70/day but you get daily cleaning, friendly helpful concierge and service staff on duty all day to help with anything from luggage to groceries to showing you how to use the TV and fireplace. We never saw anyone and feel the $70 is very excessive and unnecessary. Would not return because of that.”

Marathon Key

First time to the Keys and Marathon Key was the perfect place for us. The small community atmosphere was relaxing and very much inviting...you have to experience the locals singing the Marathon song at sunset beach which is just a few minutes walk from the house. Paddling boarding from the house was a great way to start the day, then we would bicycle a bit and also we snorkeled several days...didn't realize the Keys had such beautiful reefs to view and the fish are plentiful. Keeping active afforded us the opportunity to visit several local restaurants that Equity Residences recommended..Sparky's Landing (our favorite) was within kayaking or walking distance ...great food and music. Lastly, we were there during Stone Crab season so we bought some at a local shop next to Sparky's, they were great once we figured out how to open them!! If you like the water, great food, and of course fishing, you'll love Marathon Keys.”

Loved the Island and the house

We really enjoyed the staying at this home on Marathon fishing trip n Key. The Island is perfect for strolling or bicycling. We did scuba, snorkeling and spear fishing. We also enjoyed hour fishing trip on a party boat, Marathon Lady. Would go back again.”

Excellent Home!

My family and I stayed two weeks at this Equity Residences property and thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was located in Key Colony Beach a five minute walk from a small beach park. The home was well maintained and Laura and the team at Equity Residences were very professional. We will travel here again in the near future!”
