Wonderful Ski Vacation at the Ritz-Carlton

Our stay at the Ritz Carlton was simply wonderful. With four children, it was the easiest and most enjoyable ski vacation we have had at Vail. The unit was spacious, clean and comfortable, with a full kitchen, laundry and expansive views of the Vail slopes. The lodge was cozy and staff were always responsive. While it wasn't immediately adjacent to the lift, the incredibly accommodating staff made this a moot point. The shuttle ran every 3-5 minutes. The staff did everything including helping us put on and take off boots at the hotel, there was always one if not two staff at the ski valet at the lift, helping us with equipment. But what took this vacation over the edge was the kindness and helpfulness of the 3rd Home Owner, Brice, who went out of his way to make certain we had a comfortable stay, offering suggestions and helping us utilize the guest services and concierge to schedule our restaurants and activities. This vacation helped us make the decision to upgrade our membership.”
